Request Account & Associated Data Deletion

At BloomScroll, you maintain complete ownership over your data. You can permanently delete your account, your synchronized collections, and all associated personal data at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our cloud database:

• Account Details: Your Google user ID, name, and registered email address.
• Saved Knowledge & Notes: All extracted video summaries, step-by-step guides, recipes, checklists, code snippets, and custom folders.
• RPG Progress & EXP: Your gamification stats, level status, rank badges, and reading history.
• Preferences & API Keys: Any custom settings or stored client preferences.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: In the App (Instant)
Open BloomScroll > Settings > tap "Log Out & Clear Local Data" or delete individual notes.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form
Enter the email address associated with your Google account below to submit a deletion request to our database administrator:

Retention Period

Data deletion requests are processed automatically or within a maximum of 48 hours. No residual backup copies of your notes are retained.
